What happens if I reject an order on Just Eat?
Find out what happens when you decline a delivery offer on Just Eat, and how it affects your account.
Last checked 17/10/2026.
Nothing bad happens immediately if you reject a delivery offer on Just Eat. As a self-employed courier, you can decline offers that do not suit your route, pay or vehicle.
Refusing too many orders can temporarily lower your acceptance rate stats in the app. Just Eat uses these metrics to understand driver activity in a zone, but you will not get deactivated simply for turning down a single low-fee job.
