Billing questions
In the JoltMile app. On iPhone the subscription is bought through the App Store and on Android through Google Play, and it is managed in your store account like any other app subscription. Nothing is charged on this website.
Your first 10 shifts are free and need no subscription. That is enough to log a week's driving and see your own true hourly rate before you decide. After that, logging further shifts needs a subscription.
£1.99 a month for your first 2 months, then £7.99 a month. Cancel any time. It is an App Store introductory offer for new subscribers, and the App Store decides who it applies to and shows it before you confirm.
Nothing is deleted. Your existing shifts, expenses and figures stay exactly as they are and you can still read and export everything. You just cannot log new shifts until you subscribe.
The same way as any app subscription. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, JoltMile. On Android: the Play Store app, your profile picture, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. You keep full access to the end of the period you have paid for, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Yes. £7.99 a month is full access to JoltMile. There are no add-ons, no per-platform charges and no usage limits.
Software you use to run your self-employed business is normally an allowable expense against your profits, and JoltMile can add each month you pay for to your expenses for you. How that applies to you depends on your circumstances, so check with an accountant or against HMRC guidance if you are unsure.
