JoltMile is on Google Play
The JoltMile app for Android is out. It is the same app as on iPhone, with the same account, so Android drivers can start shifts and have their miles measured too.
Last checked 12/09/2026.
JoltMile is now on Google Play for Android phones. Get it here (opens in a new tab). It is free to download, and the free plan logs 12 shifts a month.
Same app, same account
It does everything the iPhone app does. Press Start shift when you set off and End shift when you finish, and while the shift is running your phone measures the miles and notes the postcode at each end. You can photograph receipts from the expense form, and deadline reminders turn up on their own.
Sign in with Google or with your email. If you already have a JoltMile account, use that one and everything you have logged is already there. A subscription you took out on an iPhone covers you on Android too.
The full guide, including how paying through Google Play works, is in the JoltMile app for iPhone and Android.
