Can I bring a passenger or child with me on an Amazon Flex block?

Amazon Flex allows passengers to ride with you, but they must not help with deliveries and children must be safe.

Yes, you can bring a passenger or a child with you on an Amazon Flex block, but there are strict rules you must follow while you are at the depot and out on the road.

The main rules for passengers

  • Your passenger must remain in the vehicle while you collect parcels at the delivery station.
  • Nobody other than you, the registered driver, is allowed to handle parcels, scan codes or approach customer doors.
  • Children must be safely secured in approved child seats at all times.

Keep in mind that parcel cages can take up a lot of boot and back seat space. If you bring a passenger, you need to make sure your vehicle is still large enough to fit all the cages assigned to your block.
