What is Evri Plus, the old self-employed plus?
Evri Plus, the successor to self-employed plus, gives couriers who commit to five days a week paid holiday, a pension and guaranteed earnings. For tax they stay self-employed.

Evri Plus is the current name for what began as the "self-employed plus" agreement between Evri and the GMB union. To qualify you commit to five or more days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday. In return Evri offers up to 28 days of paid holiday with cover arranged, a pension where you pay at least 5% of invoiced earnings and Evri adds 3%, parental leave, GMB-agreed pay for non-parcel tasks, optional accident and sickness cover for a fee, and guaranteed earnings above the National Living Wage.
Couriers who do not commit to five days are on Evri Flex, without those benefits. Terms change, so check your own contract. The Evri courier guide compares the two.
It does not change your tax position. Holiday pay received is still self-employed income, it goes into your turnover, and you still file a Self Assessment return.
