How do I change my vehicle on Just Eat?
You must contact Just Eat support through the courier portal to change your vehicle from a car, bike or scooter.
Last checked 17/10/2026.
To change your vehicle on Just Eat, you need to raise a request directly with courier support through your app or the courier portal. You cannot simply update your transport type in your profile settings yourself.
Steps to update your vehicle
- Open the Just Eat Courier app and go to the help or support section.
- Select the option to update your account details or vehicle information.
- Attach clear photos of your new vehicle documents, such as your driving licence, insurance policy covering food delivery, and MOT certificate if you are switching to a car or motor scooter.
- Wait for confirmation from the support team before you start delivering with the new vehicle.
Switching vehicles can take a few days while support checks your new paperwork. Do not go online with the new vehicle until the app shows the update has gone through, otherwise you risk issues with your orders or compliance checks.
